CMAs that Rock! OAKVILLE

Most agents approach the CMA process with the mindset that the report’s primary purpose is to educate sellers about the value of their property.

However, an even more fundamental purpose of the CMA is to educate you, the sales representative, about the prices at which comparable homes are being listed and sold. Only by completing a CMA can you obtain certainty and conviction about the value of the property you're preparing to list. With this knowledge, you’ll be able to proceed with confidence as you share your view of the marketplace and persuade the seller to accept your home pricing recommendation.

This session is followed by a 30-minute David Knox DVD that through role playing illustrates CMA presentation techniques. Please allow extra time for the DVD.

New Agent Business Planning

Realtors® who are new to the business face not only the challenge of the unknown but also a potential lack of awareness of common structures, formulas, ratios, and baselines of the real estate industry. This business planning program focuses on the special informational needs of the new agent and establishes a business platform on which new sales people can build year after year.

The New Agent Business Planning 2-day program directly addresses how to determine your income goal and break it down into the number of houses you need to sell.
